These are the sources behind the facts and figures in our OrthoFi review. Bracketed numbers on that page, like [13], link straight to the matching entry below. We weigh company sources, independent trade coverage, patient feedback, and competitor disclosures differently (explained below), and we recheck time-sensitive numbers such as interest rates every quarter.

How we use these sources

• Company sources (OrthoFi and AcceptCare pages, press releases) are used for what the company says about its own products, and we attribute those claims to the company.
• Independent coverage (Orthotown, Orthodontic Products, Aegis Dental Network) is used for history and industry context.
• Patient feedback (Trustburn, Reddit) is quoted word for word when quoted, and labeled as a summary when summarized.
• Competitor terms (CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, Sunbit) come from each provider's published disclosures and are rechecked because they change often.
• Example payments on our pages are calculated with standard loan math and labeled as examples, not quotes.
